How do I place an order?
Simply browse your favorite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose Cash on Delivery to complete your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet (within 24 hours), you can email us at eagleputts333@gmail.com to request cancellation or changes.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If still not found, contact us via email with your name and phone number used during checkout.

Yes, we deliver to all major cities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders in UAE & KSA. Online payments are not supported currently.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If your item arrives broken, faulty, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement. Just send us a video of the issue within 7 days of delivery to get started.

Yes. We accept replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or non-defective items. Only defective, broken, or incorrect products qualify for replacement.
